All funds received during the year are distributed in May, including the proceeds from the annual auction.  Some of the auction funds are designated for particular groups by the item donor, these funds are removed from the total to determine what is left for the grant process.

Groups are asked to provide a wish list to the Boosters in priority order.  At the Booster meeting in May, the requests are discussed and grants decided.  For 2006, the Shorewood Boosters were able to give $85,770 back to the school.
